Quasi-fractale structures
Flow distribution is challenging when the aim is to achieve defined conditions without simultaneously causing a high pressure drop. My research is reflected in the invention of the quasi-fractal algorithm, which makes it possible to generate a flow distributor whose channel cross-sections can be modified using parameters. This allows to control the flow and facilitates optimization towards a defined distribution.
But you can read more about this in detail in my publications: Applied Thermal Engineering and Eurotherm 2024
Now that it’s finally been published (and hopefully the error will soon be corrected and it will become open access), I can share a few pictures of it here without any worries.
